Suzanne Weissman, DPA
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Weissman entered the business staffing industry in 1996 as co-founder of National Creative Strategies, Inc. With an extensive graduate education in psychology, organizational management and inter-system relatedness, she earned a doctorate in public administration (DPA) from NYU. From 1985 to 1995, Dr. Weissman was chief of services at a 150-bed forensic psychiatric hospital. She subsequently consulted with several psychiatric hospitals before applying her well-honed organizational skills to the business world.

To prepare for this transition, Dr. Weissman completed numerous courses and seminars in finance and accounting. Combining this training with almost 10 years of related business experience, Dr. Weissman has become an expert in all phases of the mergers and acquisitions field.
David Levy
President
Mr. Levy is a seasoned staffing professional, having worked in the employment industry since 1968. Beginning as a counselor, he later co-owned and operated Stone Personnel and, subsequently, Bridgestone Personnel. He was directly responsible for Bridgestone’s substantial growth in sales and earnings, the recruiting, training and supervision of personnel and long-term strategic growth and performance improvement strategies. Both Stone Personnel and Bridgestone were staffing companies that specialized in providing services to the financial industry in the 80s and 90s.

Mr. Levy is an expert in locating and assessing talent and is well qualified to match sellers with buyers. He can sort through higher returns and services that distinguish one seller from another. This allows him to get a solid handle on a seller's strengths and weaknesses, which is critical to the valuation process. With all his hands-on experience, Mr. Levy can help potential sellers with strategic planning, showing them how to boost efficiencies, better position themselves for a transaction, and prepare for due diligence activities and integration..
